Singen, 26.08.2011: Today, 3A Composites’ new technology centre in Singen was officially inaugurated. After a one-and-a-half year construction phase, attractive new desk job work places have been created in the building that was formerly used as an office and social building.

The various developer teams that work on innovations for the products ALUCOBOND^®, DIBOND^®, ALUCORE^® and HYLITE^® have now moved to their new work places.
“From now on future innovations shall be fostered by creative team-work in an inspiring work environment“, says Dr. Joachim Werner, CEO 3A Composites GmbH.

The cladding of the façade was realized with the most suitable material in this case: home-made ALUCOBOND^® aluminium composite materials.
In the sunlight, the façade in ALUCOBOND^® naturAL and anodized look fully unfolds its attractiveness: The combination of brushed and mat black aluminium surfaces evokes a harmonious and at the same time a rich in contrast interplay between light and reflection that attractively accentuates the material. The modern façade design with its pilaster strips was designed by the architect Andreas Hanke (Stadtbildplanung Dortmund) in the style of a wattle work.
