KAPA^® inlay

Lightweight panel with polyurethane foam core and polyester/PE composite foil on both sides. Carrier plate for CPL, HPL, metal and plastic coatings and glass-fibre reinforced plastic coatings.

Standard formats are available from an order quantity of 500 m² and upwards. Special formats or special thicknesses are available on request from an order quantity of 1,000 m² and upwards.

• 60% weight saving compared with a pressboard core (at 17 mm thickness)
• Good dimensional stability
• High resistance to pressure
• High thermal stability
• Low usage of adhesive (40 - 60 g/m²)
• The use of glues and hotmelt adhesives containing solvents is possible
• Can be processed using common wood-working techniques on standard machines
• Easy formability
