Across Ages Museum | Oman

Inspired by the striking profiles and gorges of the Omani Al Hajar mountains, the Australian architects from COX have created a museum complex of extraordinary character near the oasis city of Nizwa. The dazzling ALUCOBOND® cassette façade, which rises like an arrow towards the evening sun, can be seen as soon as you approach the cultural museum. With its copper-coloured look, it blends the building harmoniously into the desert landscape and at the same time creates a dazzling contrast to the otherwise gleaming white façade.
