Renovating ETICS Façades in No Time
Many buildings that received a façade with an External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS) in the late 1970s and 1980s ‒ typically using expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation ‒ are now in need of renovation. To breathe new life into these façades, we have combined innovation and aesthetics and, together with SCHÖCK, offer the perfect solution for modern façade refurbishment.
By combining ALUCOBOND® A2, the proven Isolink® from Schöck, and our easy fiX fastening system, we provide an optimal solution for energy-efficient, aesthetically appealing, and cost-effective façade renovation. The lightweight nature and unlimited design freedom of our composite panel make it the perfect choice for transforming outdated ETICS façades into stunning architectural highlights.
Certified as a Passive House component, Isolink® sets new standards in thermal insulation and load-bearing capacity. Its rod-shaped wall bracket, made of glass fibre composite material, effectively minimises heat loss and enables a thermally bridge-free construction.
This groundbreaking technology allows for easy integration into existing ETICS and other non-load-bearing layers. It is approved for anchoring in both concrete and masonry.
A wing adapter is screwed onto the Isolink®, onto which the substructure is then mounted. The easy fiX façade clips are then attached to ensure an invisible fastening system.
Thanks to its remarkably low weight of just 7.6 kg/m², our façade panel is ideal for renovation with Isolink®, providing an efficient and visually appealing solution for energy-efficient façade refurbishment.
Renovating with the Schöck Isolink® and the non-combustible ALUCOBOND® A2 proves to be an extremely cost-effective alternative compared to full renovations. Additionally, using non-combustible mineral wool insulation boards guarantees maximum safety.
