Heat recovery measures at the paint shop in Singen, Germany

We reuse the exhaust air generated during the cleaning process in the paint shop for our aluminium composites. Heat exchangers recover the heat at temperatures of 220°-240°and it is used in further steps of the coil coating process.

By replacing the steam which was previously used, we have achieved an impressive and recurring reduction of 450 tonnes of CO₂ per year.
